We are thrilled to confirm that Filipi Rodrigues, one of the best liberos in the league, is staying with IBB Polonia London for his fifth season. Filipi, who played an instrumental role in last season’s success, has consistently proven his value to the team. With multiple MVP awards to his name, his versatility, leadership, and commitment have made a lasting impact on and off the court.
Head coach Grzegorz Niski shared his excitement about Filipi’s ongoing presence:
“We are super happy to have Filipi in the team. He’s a natural talent with excellent technique. Not only is he a fantastic player, but he’s also a great person off the court.”
Filipi, reflecting on his journey with the team, expressed his enthusiasm for the season ahead:
