On Sunday, 16 March, IBB Polonia London will play its last match of the 2024/2025 Super League season, facing Essex Blaze at St John Payne School.
Although this will be the final fixture of the season, the team has no intention of backing down. The players will step onto the court with full commitment and fight until the very last ball.
The previous meeting with Essex Blaze earlier this season ended in a 3–1 home victory for IBB Polonia, with the team delivering a confident, high-level performance. Henry Mazzeo, a PRO Volley graduate, was named Player of the Match for his excellent performance on court.
“We’re proud – we’ll fight until the last ball, because it’s in moments like these that true team spirit shines through. It’s been a tough season, but we want to finish it with our heads held high,” said Chris Hykiel, Director of Volleyball at IBB Polonia London.
