PRO Volley Academy is a unique volleyball programme that empowers young athletes to grow both on the court and beyond. Created by IBB Polonia London, the academy helps students combine their passion for volleyball with education – offering a clear pathway to personal and athletic development in a supportive, international environment.
What is PRO Volley Academy?
PRO Volley Academy is a volleyball development programme created and run by IBB Polonia London – one of the most successful and recognised Polish-rooted volleyball clubs in Europe. The academy was created for young people who want to train at a high level while also combining sport with education and pursuing opportunities as student-athletes.
It’s a unique environment where passion for volleyball meets professionalism, support, and real long-term potential.
Who can join PRO Volley?
We welcome students aged 16 to 19, whether they dream of a professional volleyball career or simply want to grow in the sport while continuing their education.
You don’t need previous league experience – motivation, commitment, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
Is the programme free?
Yes! Participation in PRO Volley Academy is completely free of charge.We offer equal opportunities to all young athletes, regardless of their financial background. This is a programme open to passion, hard work, and personal development.
Where and when are the training sessions held?
All PRO Volley Academy training takes place at Northolt High School.
We are currently running open tryouts, giving everyone the chance to experience how our academy works:

Everyone is welcome to come along, watch the sessions, talk to our coaches, and get a feel for our environment.
Who leads the training sessions?
Sessions are run by experienced coaches who have worked with IBB Polonia London for many years and are passionate about sharing their knowledge and supporting young athletes on and off the court.
