A standout performance was delivered by our new addition, Igor Ciemachowski, whose stellar play earned him the title of IBB Polonia London’s Most Valuable Player for this match.
Reflecting on the weekend’s matches, Sports Director Chris Hykiel shared:
“We played two very tough games this weekend, totaling 10 sets, and lost both matches 3:2. However, we gained two valuable points, which is crucial as we progress through the season. The players delivered an amazing performance, with Igor being named MVP of Polonia twice. There was a great atmosphere within the team, and all the players who contributed were incredibly important today. I am very proud of them all and very grateful to our friends from Poland for joining us and helping during this important time. Thank you for being here. Next week, we face the Essex Rebels in the National Cup, and I believe we will be very confident. I think we have a very good chance of winning against them. Everything is possible.”
Looking ahead, we have an opportunity for redemption as we face the Essex Rebels once more in the upcoming National Cup. We eagerly anticipate your continued support!
